These terms govern this website only. Client engagement terms are separate — issued in writing in your engagement letter, which always takes precedence over anything written here.

About these terms

These terms govern your use of sowiloinvestments.com — nothing more. They are not your engagement terms.

If you become a client, the work we do for you is governed by a separate engagement letter, signed by both parties before work begins. The engagement letter sets out scope, fees, deliverables, our limitations of liability for that work, and the AAT’s code of professional conduct under which we operate. By using this website, you accept the website terms below; the engagement letter takes precedence for client work.

You may read, share, and link to pages on this site for personal or business research. You may not:

For client engagements, our professional liability is governed by the engagement letter and our Professional Indemnity Insurance, which is held to industry-standard limits.
